A home peaks through greenery in the hills of Cacoon. I remember life twelve years ago, when water used to run through our taps, once a week at random. Back then, my grandfather would leave the tap on so he could hear when the water came. This was when we would fill up on water for the week - except for drinking water, which we always had to purchase.
One day, progressively, water stopped running entirely, and the years between 2010 and 2015 soon became a tale our elders would tell the younger generation: 'the times when water used to run through the pipes'.
