Mr Fusseini is also farmer in the Kumbungu district. Unlike his female peers, he is able to take good care of his farm as he has more time to spend on it.

Mrs. Abibatu has house chores and child care to fulfil in addition to farming - tasks, which Mr. Fusseini does not have to take on.

Because Mr. Fussieni spend more time at his farm(maize farming)he is able to harvest more in a shorter amount of time, and thus, to make more money from it. Speaking to him, he explains he hires laborers to work on his, as he has the money to pay them. He also uses chemicals and fertilizers, which he is able to buy.
