Celine has had to diversify her farming due to climate-induced changes. Besides starting to grow beans, green peppers and cassavas, Celine added six more cows to her herd to expand her production of compost and milk to sell. She now sells 20 liters of milk in the morning and another 20 liters in the afternoon to a nearby milk collection center.
