Lines on plowland leading to Mt Kilimajaro, in in Murtot, Amboseli.

I live on the highlands of Amboseli in an area called Murtot. Its proximity to the Kenya-Tanzania border near Mt Kilimanjaro makes it a very fertile, and oftentimes green region.

But this year and the preceding ones, we have been feeling effects of unpredictable rainfall for this first time. Our land has been changing before our eyes.
