Kiragosho, a young woman from Melili, draws water from a small shared water reservoir.

Kiragosho is my aunty. She does not own a rain water harvesting system, and so she depends on water reservoirs such as this one for water.

This water point is shared amongst homesteads, for both domestic use and watering cattle. This means she often has to boil and filter the water before using it in her home.
